Liposuction

Liposuction is one surgical procedure that uses one suction technique to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms, and neck.

Liposuction also shapes (contours) these areas. Other names for liposuction include lipoplasty and body contouring.

There are many types of liposuction like :

• Tumescent liposuction. This is the most common type of liposuction. Ultrasound-assisted liposuction (UAL). This type of liposuction is sometimes used in conjunction with traditional liposuction. 

• Laser-assisted liposuction (LAL).

• Power-assisted liposuction (PAL).
